Synthesis of fluorescent molecularly imprinted nanoparticles for turn-on fluorescence assay using one-pot synthetic method and a preliminary microfluidic approach

Molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles bearing a suitable fluorescence acceptor were synthesized by precipitation polymerization in one-pot as well as in a continuous microfluidic reactor. The imprinted nanoparticles emit strong fluoresce when they bind to an analytical target.164
