⺠An enhancement of the crystallization of nc-Si:H films irradiated by energetic ion beam ⺠Quantum confinement effect due to nc-Si exhibiting a wide range of PL emission in the visible region ⺠Higher energetic ion beam irradiation leads to an enhancement of PL emission.
