Abstract
⺠High performance antireflective coatings were grown on borosilicate glass using hydrothermal aqueous solutions. ⺠Calculate the thickness and the corresponding refractive index of porous coatings using TFCalc software. ⺠The effects of experimental conditions on coating thickness and refractive index were investigated. ⺠Time-rate effects were influenced by varied experimental conditions.
