Abstract
⺠A phenomenological model inspired in the kinetic and reaction theories is presented. ⺠The model describes all the transport coefficients systematically. ⺠Critical anomaly is successfully implemented in the model. ⺠Freedom factor in the model describes the dynamic properties of a fluid. ⺠The model predicts possible phase transition.
