Abstract
⺠The method to determine DB states energy, positions and nature in i-layer ⺠Light induced DB influences the recombination and space charge density in D+ region. ⺠Space charge density minimum shifts toward p-i junction due to blue light induced DB. ⺠a-Si:H PD characteristic transient will be useful for the color detection method.
