Abstract
⺠We investigated the INS spectra at low frequency of trehalose/glycerol mixtures. ⺠The trehalose local dynamics is suppressed by the presence of glycerol small amount. ⺠The glycerol effect on trehalose dynamics is maximum at the 2.5% glycerol content. ⺠Glycerol interacts with trehalose decreasing its fragility. ⺠Glycerol increases the trehalose bioprotective action at the 2.5% glycerol content.
