Abstract
⺠Fe-10 wt%Cr alloy with deuterium implantation have been investigated by using HVEM. ⺠The in situ observation showed that the growth and proliferation of dislocation loops. ⺠No distinct voids were observed at irradiation temperature up to 823 K. ⺠The migration energy (Em) of deuterium-vacancy complex was calculated. ⺠HRTEM image of dislocation loops due to deuterium ion implantation was achieved.
