Abstract
(Ba1âxBi0.5xSr0.5x)(Ti1âxBi0.5xSn0.5x)O3 (BBSTBS, 0.02â¯â¤â¯xâ¯â¤â¯0.1) samples were prepared by a solid state reaction (SSR) method. The phase structure and dielectric properties of BBSTBS ceramics were investigated. X-ray diffraction results illustrated that BBSTBS could form a homogenous solid solution. Optimum properties with a stable εr (â¼13,643-19,000), small Îε/ε25â¯Â°C values (±15%) over a broad temperature range from â61â¯Â°C to 210â¯Â°C and low tanδ (â¤0.025) from â67â¯Â°C to 220â¯Â°C were obtained at xâ¯=â¯0.06.
