Abstract
A linear differential equation with advanced-argument yâ²(t)âc(t)y(t+Ï)=0 is considered where c:[t0,â)â[0,â), t0âR is a bounded and locally Lipschitz continuous function and Ï>0. The well-known explicit integral criterion â«tt+Ïc(s)dsâ¤1/e,tâ[t0,â) guarantees the existence of a positive solution on [t0,â). The paper derives new integral criteria involving the coefficient c. Their independence of the previous result is discussed as well.
