Abstract
⺠Internal triangular arrangement of defects in a thin disk. ⺠Vortex-defect interactions lead to non-commensurate vortex configurations. ⺠First vortex penetration occurs always through the surface near the anti-dot. ⺠Stable, metastable and transient vortex states with different number of defects.
