Abstract
Using data from pp¯ collisions at s=1.96TeV recorded by the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron, we present three recent results on heavy flavor production: an observation of the excited resonance state Îbâ0 in its fully reconstructed decay mode to Îb0Ï+Ïâ, a study of quark fragmentation using kaons produced in association with prompt Ds±/D± mesons, and the measurement of angular distributions of muons from Ï(1S,2S,3S) decays in both the Collins-Soper and the s-channel helicity frames.
