Loop calculations of operator correlation functions in QCD

We review recent three loop computations of the correlation functions of twist-2 flavour non-singlet operators occuring in deep inelastic scattering. We discuss the same Green's function when quark currents involving γ5 are considered and demonstrate how the finite renormalization is defined to ensure chiral symmetry is preserved in four dimensions.
