Abstract
⺠We study how oncogenic Ras suppresses Cdk1. ⺠Oncogenic Ras suppresses Cdk1 via induction of persistent inhibitory phosphorylation of Cdk1. ⺠Oncogenic Ras stabilizes cyclin B2. ⺠The stabilization of cyclin B2 is mediated by the Raf-Mek-Erk-p90rsk pathway. ⺠Our results indicate that oncogenic Ras suppresses Cdk1 in a complex manner.
