Abstract
⺠Topo II isoforms are required for the HIV-1 RTn. ⺠Topo II isoforms regulate the downstream events of strong stop DNA synthesis. ⺠Topo II isoforms co-localized with HIV-1 RT. ⺠Topo II probably involves in alignment of viral RNA-DNA hybrids.
