Abstract
⺠Antibodies against >three dozen antigens have been engineered by yeast display. ⺠Advantages include quantitation ability, genetic stability, and low expression bias. ⺠Quantitative clone characterization on the yeast surface is possible. ⺠Picomolar affinity antibodies can be routinely isolated or affinity matured.
