Abstract
⺠The failing efficacy of the antibiotics call for new treatment modalities for severe infections. ⺠Anti-infective monoclonal antibodies represent an attractive alternative approach. ⺠This field experienced many failures with single mAbs. ⺠The most promising approach with infectious disease mAbs is the use of cocktails.
