Abstract
⺠CD16a binding and ADCC functionality of a Her-2 binding binding Fc (Fcab) are shown to correlate. ⺠Point mutations known to influence ADCC efficiency in mAbs lead to similar changes in Fcabs. ⺠Fcabs can be engineered to fine tune immuno effector functions.
