Abstract
⺠Single N-glycan residues significantly influence the biological activity of mAbs. ⺠Non-mammalian species have a high degree of tolerance towards glycoengineering. ⺠Yeast- and plant-derived mAbs show largely homogeneous N-glycosylation profiles.
