Abstract
⺠Nanosecond pulsed electric field (nsPEF) is known as a new tool for cancer therapy. ⺠Human MAPKs are phosphorylated in a time-dependent manner after nsPEF application. ⺠Upstream and downstream events in the MAPK pathways are activated by nsPEFs. ⺠Our study provides a critical mechanistic clue to nsPEF actions in human cells.
