Abstract
⺠The Wnt/β-catenin and NR4A receptors are important regulators of osteoblast function. ⺠Cross-talk between the β-catenin pathway and NR4A receptors was observed in osteoblasts. ⺠NR4A receptors repressed β-catenin-mediated transactivation and the expression of Axin2. ⺠β-Catenin inhibited the transcriptional activity of NR4A receptors.
