Abstract
⺠Increased TRPC3/TRPC6 expression ratio is induced in Epo stimulated cells. ⺠Epo promotes a sustained calcium response which induces calpain activity. ⺠Calpain mediates increase of PTP1B cleavage and enzymatic activity.
