Abstract
⺠A peak of Src activity is observed in early stages of Caco-2 cell differentiation. ⺠Inhibition of SFKs triggers the overall intestinal differentiation program. ⺠Up-regulation of both polarization and terminal differentiation markers is observed. ⺠A rise in Cdx2 and HNF1α levels and decrease of H3K27m3 are also noted. ⺠This suggests a key role for SFKs in intestinal cell terminal differentiation.
