Abstract
► Both C-and N-termini of hTLR9 ECD are necessary for receptor signaling activation. ► H505, H530, and Y554 form receptor-ligand recognition sites of hTLR9 ECD. ► CpG ODN-PD acts in sequence-dependent manner to stimulate hTLR9. ► CpG ODN-PTO resembles sequence-independent fashion of hTLR9 in PBMC and B cells.
