Abstract
⺠A CDK4 inhibitor may be used for breast cancer stem cell-targeted therapy. ⺠The CDK4 inhibitor differentiated the cancer stem cell population (CD24â/CD44+) of MDA-MB-231. ⺠The differentiation of the cancer stem cells by the CDK4 inhibitor radiosensitized MDA-MB-231.
