Abstract
⺠Neu3 is as one of the sialidases and regulates cell surface functions. ⺠A Neu3-specific siRNA inhibited prostrate cancer cell invasion and migration. ⺠The Neu3-specific siRNA inhibited prostate cancer metastasis in mice. ⺠Targeting Neu3 may have utility for gene-based therapy of human cancer metastasis.
