Abstract
⺠CCCP selectively inhibited mTORC1, but not mTORC2. ⺠CCCP-dependent AMPK stimulation was dispensable for mTORC1 inhibition. ⺠CCCP promoted autophagy in AMPKα1/α2 double knock MEFs as well as wild type MEFs. ⺠CCCP enhanced mitophagy in AMPKα1/α2 double knock MEFs as well as wild type MEFs.
