Abstract
⺠ER stress induces expression of presenilin-1. ⺠Presenilin-1 induction is dependent on ATF4. ⺠ER stress upregulates γ-secretase activity and increases Aβ secretion. ⺠Quercetin suppresses ATF4 expression leading to decreased Aβ secretion.
