Abstract
► Overexpression of human CUL4A (hCUL4A) in PC12 cells. ► The effects of hCUL4A on hypoxia-reoxygenation injury were investigated. ► hCUL4A suppresses apoptosis and DNA damage and thus promotes cell survival. ► hCUL4A regulates apoptosis-related proteins and cell cycle regulators.
