Abstract
⺠The UGA regulon is repressed by amino acids. ⺠Uga35/Dal81 is the central factor responsible for the effect of amino acids on the whole UGA regulon. ⺠Leu3 negatively regulates UGA1 and UGA4 but not UGA2.
