Abstract
⺠Ibuprofen (an NSAID) and cholic acid (a bile acid) form mixed micelles that are toxic to the intestine. ⺠The size of these micelles varies non-linearly with the molar ratio of the reactants. ⺠Pre-formed dodecylphosphocholine micelle alters the size of the NSAID-cholic acid micelles.
