Abstract
⺠Prokaryotic rhomboids form oligomers when solubilized in detergent. ⺠Crosslinking and gel filtration of hiGlpG indicates a dimeric species. ⺠Co-IP suggests that dimers of hiGlpG form in the lipid bilayer. ⺠Membrane domain is the minimal unit for rhomboid oligomerization.
