Abstract
⺠Multi-Tox studies multi-pass TMD oligomerization by ToxR reporter assay. ⺠Multi-Tox was applied to study homo- and hetero-oligomerizations. ⺠LMP-1 oligomerization is driven by a buried aspartic acid in helix five. ⺠K94 was identified as playing a key role in DAGK trimerization.
