Abstract
⺠This study provides evidence for the importance of hRFT-2 in normal intestinal riboflavin absorption. ⺠The study also identifies which membrane domain of polarized epithelia the hRFT-1, -2 and -3 transporters are expressed. ⺠hRFT-2 is the most active and predominantly expressed RFT in normal intestine.
