Abstract
⺠let-7 miRNA directly binds to the 3'-UTR of Bach1 and negatively regulates Bach1 gene expression. ⺠let-7 miRNA thereby up-regulates the HMOX1 gene expression. ⺠Over-expression of let-7 miRNA attenuates oxidative injury in human hepatocytes.
