Abstract
⺠AML microarrays show co-regulation of Op18/Stmn1 by Creb1/Lyl1 but not Tal1/p53.. ⺠Creb1-Lyl1 interact on the Op18/Stmn1 promoter. ⺠Adjacent Ebox and Cre sites are required in the minimal Op18/Stmn1 promoter. ⺠Cre site or Creb1 mutations abrogate Op18/Stmn1 regulation by Lyl1. ⺠shRNA-mediated Creb1 or Lyl1 knockdown downregulate Op18/Stmn1 expression.
