Abstract
⺠Cyclophilin A (CyPA) and B (CyPB) activated HCV RNA polymerase (RdRp). ⺠CyPA activated all the HCV RdRps so far tested. ⺠CyPA activation required 50 à higher amount than that of RdRp. ⺠CyPB activated genotype 1b and J6CF RdRps but not genotype 1a or JFH1 RdRps. ⺠CyPB showed allosteric effect on the HCV RdRp activation.
