Abstract
⺠First rabbit Fab crystal structure ⺠First structure of a conformation-dependent, amyloid oligomer specific antibody ⺠Structure shows disulfide bonds unique to rabbit IgG. ⺠The data rule out steric zipper formation as the Fab antigen-binding mechanism.
