Abstract
⺠INDO increases Ca2 + concentrations first in cytosol and then in mitochondria. ⺠Inhibitors of IP3R and RyR receptors prevent the INDO induced caspases activation. ⺠Polyphenols prevent the Ca2 + mobilization induced by INDO. ⺠Quercetin prevents cytotoxicity, apoptosis and caspases activation induced by INDO.
