Abstract

âº Diverse roles of phospholipids in the generation of humoral immunity are discussed. âº Sphingosine-1-phosphate is a major chemoattractant for B and T cells. âº Phosphatidylinositol phosphates are vital signaling conduits in B and T cells. âº Phospholipids are key for proliferation and differentiation of activated B cells.
