Abstract
⺠Dietary EPA supplementation exacerbates mildronate-induced NAFLD in mice. ⺠Dietary EPA supplementation alleviates NAFLD-related inflammation in mice. ⺠EPA supplementation as a therapy for NAFLD with impaired FA β-oxidation is warranted.
