Abstract
⺠We identify a novel mutation allowing independence of Erg7 from Erg27. ⺠We sequenced the ERG27 mutation and found a non synonymous alteration at position 598. ⺠We constructed a fusion plasmid that allowed retention of Erg7 in the ER.
