Abstract
⺠Primary human hepatocytes were maintained in confluent monolayers for 3 days. ⺠Lipoproteins secreted by primary human hepatocytes are similar to human plasma. ⺠Nicotinic acid did not change the labeling of triacylglycerol or phosphatidylcholine. ⺠Apo B100, Apo A1 and major lipids in hepatocyte medium were similar ± nicotinic acid.
