Abstract
⺠Rat coronary artery was cultured in the present study. ⺠Minimally modified LDL upregulates ETB receptors in rat coronary artery. ⺠ERK and NF-κB inhibitors attenuate the upregulation. ⺠The upregulation occurs via ERK1/2 MAPK and NF-κB signal pathways.
