Abstract
⺠T3 regulates CrabpI gene in a bimodal fashion during adipocyte differentiation. ⺠TRAP220 is responsible for T3 activation of CrabpI gene in preadipocyte. ⺠RIP140 is responsible for T3 repression of CrabpI gene in differentiating adipocyte. ⺠Epigenetic regulation of CrabpI gene involves chromatin folding and nucleosome rearrangement on its regulatory region. ⺠Chromatin remodeling underlies epigenetic regulation of CrabpI gene during adipocyte differentiation.
