Abstract
⺠Over-expression of RBP4 leads to insulin resistance and fatty liver in HFD mice. ⺠RNA oligonucleotide targeted at RBP4 ameliorates metabolic syndrome in HFD mice. ⺠Anti-RBP4 RNA oligonucleotide reduces liver fat and improves hepatic steatosis.
