Abstract
⺠We investigate an apoA-I receptor in the CNS and the mechanism of action. ⺠We show that ABCA1 is an apoA-I-binding protein of astrocytes. ⺠ABCA1 enhances the association of CLPP and microtubules through the interaction with PL-Cγ.
