Abstract
⺠CLnA inhibited viability and cell growth of HT-29 more effective than CLA. ⺠All trans-CFAs were more effective compared to cis/trans-CFAs. ⺠Investigation of genes revealed absence of â5-/â6-desaturases and elongases. ⺠This study confirmed conversion of CLnA isomers to CLA isomers. ⺠The conversion of CLA (t11,t13) into another CLA isomer (c9,t11) was shown.
