Abstract
⺠We present a new lipidomic routine for PE, MMPE, DMPE, and PC lipid species. ⺠A mass-tag strategy is applied to convert PE, MMPE, and DMPE into PC-like molecules. ⺠Simultaneous, specific and sensitive analysis of PE, MMPE, DMPE, and PC species. ⺠The methodology affords dynamic lipidomic studies of PE metabolism.
