Abstract
⺠Quantification of free sphingoid bases, sphingosylphosphorylcholine, hexosyl-, lactosylceramide, ceramide-1-phosphate. ⺠Besides sphingosine d18:1, d16:1 and d18:2 species were found in most lipid classes. ⺠Hexosyl- and lactosylceramide showed pronounced differences in their species pattern. ⺠More than 90% of Hexosyl- and lactosylceramides were found in LDL and HDL.
