Abstract
⺠p300 CH1 and CH2 both participate in HIF-1α NAD-driven transcription. ⺠In hypoxia, CITED2 inactivates HIF-1α by interfering with NAD binding to CH1. ⺠In normoxia, pVHL inhibits NAD activity by interfering with NAD binding to CH3.
